Plymouth, Mich: Holding son Marty, 3, Mrs. Dorothy M. Troppi, 46, the mother of eight, is photographed 1/13 after announcing she and her husband, John E. Troppi, will appeal the dismissal of the suit against the druggist who allegedly gave her a mild sedative instead of birth control pills. The Troppi's suit in Wayne County Circuit Court had asked $250,000 damages from the druggist and Mrs. Troppi's doctor, because the birth of Marty had upset the family's planned parenthood.
