American coed Deborah "Debbie" Stevenson, 18, arrived back in the states 1/31 and was reunited with her family (l-r) Mr. & Mrs. Stevenson (foreground) her sister Paula, 10, and brother John, 7. Deborah was taken at gunpoint 1/27 from a girls college in Manila in a kidnap-for-love episode. She returned to Manila from a provincial hideaway 1/30 & denied the official kidnapng report. She said she had eloped with Cris Lecaroz, 23, son of a politically prominent Filipino family, & had planned to marry him.
