A Day Early--Seventeen aluminum tank trucks loaded with an estimated 70,000 gallons of milk are parked along highway near here yesterday after the journey into New York City was halted because of the metropolitan area milk strike. It was believed destined for general city use in case the strike ended as had been rumored the night before. Negotiators didn't reach an agreement until this morning, so the milk was certified by the unions for use in hospitals and city institutions and a police escort into the city was provided.
