Donna’s On the Move_-Arrow indicates present path of Hurricane Donna which is packing winds up to 140 miles an hour in the center. Cross north of San Juan, Puerto Rico, shows place where the hurricane will pass at noon today, according to present indications. The eye of the hurricane apparently bypassed St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, which was raked by winds up to 80 miles an hour.
