Donna Heads To Sea -- Hurricane Donna swept out into the Atlantic Ocean today after giving Florida two days of pounding. At 11 a.m. (est) the storm center was located about 90 miles northeast of Jacksonville moving north northeastward around 19 miles per hour. The storm center entered the Atlantic at Flagler Beach after traveling almost the entire length of the state.
