Daughter flees Finch trial in tears

Patti Daugherty, 11, who fled the courtroom in tears while listening to testimony today about the death of her mother, Mrs. Barbara Finch, is comforted in a hallway by her father, Forrest Daugherty. She is scheduled to be a prosecution witness against her stepfather, Dr. R. Bernard Finch, and his sweetheart, Carole Tregoff.
