Doesn't Think Bill Will Work-- Former Secretary of State Dean Acheson listens to questioners on the Senate Judiciary subcommittee looking into a bill proposed by Sen. J.W. Fulbright, D-Ark. Acheson said the bill restricting the executive branch from withholding information from Congress could cause useless friction and international embarrassment and would solve nothing.
