Documentary Evidence- These documents in Polish were produced tonight by House Un-American Activities committee with testimony that the Polish Embassy has been a nest for spies. Gen. Izyador Modelski, former embassy official, supplied documents and evidence. Exhibit 10 (top) is from Brig.Gen. Komar of Polish Army to Modelski, asking information on "agents." Page 7 of Exhibit 3 (bottom) is signed by Komar and is part of instructions given Modelski in March. 1946, he said, before he came to this country.
