Doctors at Veterans Administration Hospital apply artificial respiration to one of the victims that was buried under one of the collapsed buildings for six hours after a rolling earthquake hit the Southern California area early 2/9. Numerous deaths, injuries, and millions of dollars of damage were being reported hours after the quake as reports began coming in from all sections of Southern California.
