Dancer testifies at court martial
June 7, 1944
Caprice Capron, 17-year-old dancer, answers questions of Maj. James D. Garibaldi, Judge Advocate in the court martial here of Capt. Morrison J. Wilkinson, Jr., being tried here on a series of charges including rape and bigamy. She testified yesterday Capt. Wilkinson raped her in the Hollywood Hills last April 20.
