Diplomats Gets Anti-Jewish Cards Postcards like this were received in the mail at Washington, April 14, by Latin-American diplomats, appealing to them to "save our liberty." Envelopes were postmarked in Philadelphia. One diplomat said he would call the state department's attention to the cards. The cards were mailed in time to arrive as the diplomats were celebrating Pan-American day.
