President Martin Ackerman appears dejected during news conference here 2/10 during which he said he refused to resign as president of the firm and denied charges of dishonesty and conflict of interest in the growing internal battle for control of the company. Ackerman, 36, has been accused of mismanaging the firm since he became president last April.
