The new America's Junior Miss, Diane Wilkins, 18, of Wauwatosa, Wis., talks on the phone 3/27 here to friends back home in Milwaukee and on the first day of her official reign as the nation's ideal high school senior girl. Diane was named the 1966 Junior Miss during pageant finals Saturday night in competition with 49 other girls.
