Asbury Park, New Jersey...Here's "Mrs. America of 1954" -- stunning brunette mrs.erna snyder, of kutztown, pennsylvania. The beautiful mother of two completed pennsylvania's grand slam in beauty competitions, with Evelyn Margaret Ay having won the "Miss America" crown last night. In winning the crown, "Mrs. America" beat out 32 other beauties from the u.s., hawaii, and canada, and netted prizes totalling more than $10,000.
