Isabelle Bryan, publisher of "The Villager," a civic-minded little newspaper published in Manhattan's old Greenwich Village section, and business manager Michael A. Cosenza at Miss Bryan's desk as they confer on the next edition of the paper. Cosenz was the paper's first reporter. A staff of 14 harvests ads and neighborhood chit-chat. Some 700 firms are regular space buyers.
