Dust Whips Across Kansas -- Two cars, one of them almost obscured, move down a road northeast of here yesterday as winds of 70 to 80 miles-an-hour whipped clouds of dust into the air in conditions reminiscent of the black blizzards of the 1930's. A barn rises above the haze but trees and telephone poles in the distance are blocked from view by the storm.
