Parma police were investigating the death of a six-year-old girl who was rushed to Deaconess Hospital suffering from bruises and was dead on arrival. Celia Barger, said by police to be a victim of brutal treatment, and her sister, Helen, 8, were living with their aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Barger, while their father, John, is in the Air Force.
