Parma police were investigating the death of a six-year-old girl who was rushed to Deaconess Hospital suffering from bruises and was dead on arrival. Celia Barger, said by police to be a victim of brutal treatment, and her sister, Helen, 8, were living with their aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Barger, while their father, John, is in the Air Force. Virgil Costley, detective in the Cleveland suburb, examines iron burns on Helen Barger.
