A crowd of about 600 persons, protesting for domestic reform, smash down a plywood wall at the Dept. of Health, Education and Welfare 4/29. The wall had been constructed to keep the demonstrators from going beyond the auditorium and lobby. An HEW spokesman said D.C. Police would be called to clear the demonstrators from the building.
