Commencement Serenade- Dartmouth graduating class is accompanied by Scotch bagpiper as they march to commencement ceremony yesterday at Hanover. The ceremony was disrupted by boos when class valedictorian James W. Newton of Glendale, Ariz., in his address said "thank God we are losing the Vietnam War."
