Ruth Adelson, vice president and account supervisor at The Bresnick Advertising Agency, has been voted "Advertising Woman of The Year" by the Boston Advertising Club. In 18 years at The Bresnick Company she has moved from copywriter to account executive to account supervisor, and now heads up the agency's soft goods division for accounts, which include among others, Green Shoe, Garland Sportwear, Sandler of Boston Shoes, Bernat Yarns. Miss Adelson now becomes eligible to compete for the national title of Advertising Woman of The Year which will be voted at the June meeting of the American Federation of Advertising.
