Claim Cuban prisoner kidnapped

Alicia Lugo, right, girl friend of Cuban prisoner Reinaldo Pico, told Miami police tonight Pico was kidnapped from his hotel room while she and her sister, Maria Matthews, left, went out for supper. Pico and Mirto Collazo, another of the 10 Cuban prisoner-negotiators, had announced they would not return to Cuba with the other eight Monday.
