Christmas Eve Vigil--With temperatures well below the freezing mark, these members of a peace movement today start a 24-hour vigil and fast in front of the snow-covered grounds of the White House. Ben Page, left, said the vigil is not sponsored by any group and is the result of a few individuals in Massachusetts who wan to demonstrate this Christmas. Page, 23-year-old resident of Somerville, Mass., started the demonstration with five other pickets.
