Cincinnati -- Night Club Boat Sinks -- The Showboat, a former towboat converted into a nightclub, sank at its mooring at he foot on the public landing early today and owner Jack Gratsch estimated the loss at $40,000. Gratsch said apparently the boat had been hit by floating objects moving downstream in the swollen Ohio river. He said the boat was beyond salvage.
