Body of Celeste Crenshaw, 19, is photographed in trunk of car after it was discovered here 2/7. Robert Friede, a 25-year-old member of a Philadelphia publishing family, is being held for questioning in connection with the death of the pretty teen-age school dropout. The medical examiner's office said she died a week ago of "acute and chronic intravenous narcotism."
