Chioggia (or "An archway, Chioggia")

A round archway, under which is a group of three women talking in the shade, while a man on horseback stands on the right. Across a light space we see a second archway and look down the street beyond it and down a second street outside the wall in which the arch is pierced. The work extended by additional shadow on the wall to the left to within 15 mm. of the end of the plate.
