San Francisco- Miss Deanna Chu, 23, right, former Hong Kong secretary, is greeted by her sister, Barbara, 25, of Berkeley, Calif., after she arrived in San Francisco last night from Hong Kong. Deanna, who was scheduled to go on to New York to rejoin her other sister, Doreen, a TV writer, changed plans and will spend a few days visiting in Berkeley.
