Children Picket--Neighborhood children want to wade in water works park pool and are picketing the locked gates to dramatize their troubles. The park was closed for "security reasons" after the start of the Korean war, because the park is the largest water supply to the City of Detroit. The city council closed the park for fear of sabotage which would cripple the city's supply system. The council has promised to take the matter up of reopening the park.
