Circuit Judge Robert L. Floyd upheld the juvenile court decree that took pretty, 15-year-old child-bride Janet Winthrop (left) from her husband Melvin Cook (right) and restored her to her parents. Judge Floyd castigated Cook about his past but after the hearing Janet declared emphatically, "I still love him."
