Chicago: Over 2,000 persons staged a two-hour rally in Chicago's Civic Center Plaza as part of a "Black Monday" demonstration demanding more construction jobs for Negroes 9/22. Demonstration was latest in a series by the Coalition for United Community Action, a collection of Black groups seeking more jobs in construction. Here group forms circles while chanting around the Chicago Picasso.
