Tying knots for life, Carlos Romeros, Jr., featured in Ice Follies of 1948 as the brave Matador, proudly laced the skate of his beautiful new wife, Betty Schalow. Culminating a long romance the two skating stars quietly slipped away and were married with just a few friends present, but in true show tradition the name on the dressing room door was revised immediately upon their return. Betty is Princess White-flower in the thrilling Indian number of Ice Follies of 1948.
