Carla Continues In Texas--Arrow traces route of Hurricane Carla as it reached the Austin, Texas, area today after crossing the coast near Matagorda Island, Hurricane warnings continued from Corpus Christi to Morgan City, La., both underlined, Galveston, underlined, already isolated by storm-driven flood waters ,was struck by two pre-dawn tornadoes.
