"The Meeting of the Waters" in Aloe Plaza facing Union Station, Saint Louis, Missouri. The 14 bronze figures of the group symbolize the meeting of the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers just north of Saint Louis. The fountain, one of the major works of the world renowned Swedish American sculptor Carl Milles, was unveiled in 1940.
