Carl L. Case, 18 (shone in recent file photo) turned himself in to New Mexico State Police here 3/30. Case had been the object of a nationwide search in connection with the beating of two teenagers, Leonard Reed, 16, who died of injuries and his sister Naiomi Jean Reed, 14, who is in critical condition. All three were residents of the Pontiac, Michigan, area.
