Cardinal Owner Sentenced to Prison -- Fred Saigh, owner of the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team, leaves court room today after U. S. District Judge Roy W. Harper accepted a plea of nolo contendere to charges of income tax evasion. Judge Harper sentenced him to 15 months in prison on two counts, the sentences to run concurrently. Saigh was also fined $10,000 on one count and $5,000 on another.
