Los Angeles--Charles Walter Hinman, 57, a wealthy attorney who has considerable real estate holdings in the Malibu-Cornell area near here is sown 1/18 after he was arrested and charged with five counts of soliciting to commit murder, with Murray M. Chotiner, a prominent lawyer and manager of Richard M. Nixon's successful 1952 champaign for the Vice Presidency, as the intended victim.
