Charles Fazio, 30, is taken into custody here 8/3 as he and his wife are scheduled for arraignment on homicide charges in what police described as the love triangle slaying of Robert A. Hirsch, 27, a Marine engineer. Fazio, an ex-convict and his wife, Beverly, 24, allegedly shot Hirsch five times in the head and back. Police said Mrs. Fazio had been involved in a love affair with Hirsch after they met at a Christmas party.
