San Angelo, Tex. -- Harry Washburn stands handcuffed between District Attorney Aubrey Stokes, left, and Ranger Ralph Rostsch, extreme right, after he was returned here from Houston, Tex., today. Washburn was charged with the car bomb murder of Mrs. Weaver, wife of a Houston architect and Washburn's former mother-in-law. Carl Heninger, second from left, was charged as an accomplice.
