Charged With Conspiracy--The FBI released these pictures today in Washington, identified as six of 12 North Carolina men arrested and charged today with conspiring to prevent racial integration of schools in two counties. The FBI said they are shown in the uniform of the security guard of the United Klans of America, Inc., Knights of the Ku Klux Klan. They were identified as, top row, left to right: Ray Lee Hornbeak, 27, Concord; Charles Alexander Outen, 28, China Grove; and Nolan Hardin Safrit, 44, Kannapolis.
