Charges of first degree murder were filed today against Robert Seibert, 14 (above), in death of Mrs. Gertrude N. Hutchison, 63, matron of Wyandotte county jail here yesterday. County Attorney Harold Harding said Seibert, inmate of juvenile ward of county jail, admitted in oral statement that he strangled Mrs. Hutchison in what Harding said was an escape attempt.
