Calls herself a murderess

Colleen Berry, 21-year-old wife of convicted murderer Harold Berry, 20, walked into the Van Nuys police station and calmly confessed to killing her bother-in-law, Murrill Berry, 27, last December. This is the crime of which her husband was convicted. Mrs. Berry, (above) says she killed Murrill when he made improper advances, but that her husband took the blame for her. Police are sceptical of her confession, claiming she was vague on several necessary points.
