Cabinet Members, Diplomats and Society Honor Memory of Foch at Funeral Services. The Secretary of the Navy and Mrs. Charles Francis Adams, leaving St. Paul's church in the Nations Capitol after attending memorial funeral services for Marshal Foch, generalissimo of the allied and American armies during the world war. The services, conducted by Archbishop Curley, was attended by members of the Presidents cabinet, diplomats and society.
