Alongside the candidate for the Democratic nomination for Congress in the Third Congressional District is his wife. Youthful Adams boosters look on. Adams and his supporters collected signatures by going door-to-door in District communities. During past four months, Adams himself has walked an estimated 352 miles in this task. Net loss: 4 pounds. Net gain: carrying the campaign directly to the people. Adams is the first Congressional candidate in district to file signatures.
