Burdette and Spahn Get Awards--Pitchers, Warren Spahn (left) and Lew Burdette (right) pose with Braves General Mgr., John Quinn after they received trophies at the Milwaukee Baseball Writers fifth annual diamond dinner tonight. Spahn who signed his 1958 contract for about $65,000 dollars this afternoon, received his award for his pitching achievements in 1957 when he won 21 games and Burdette received his as the result of being the outstanding player in the World Series.
