Building a Cross--Parkie Scott (wearing suit) supervises as a 30-foot cross is put together for tonight’s Ku Klux Klan rally on a farm off U.S. 42 near this Northern Ohio city. Scott, who owns a southern Ohio farm on which the Klan held a Memorial Day rally, charged that expected crowds for today’s rally were kept away by intensive security precautions taken by state patrolmen and local law officers. Authorities set up a dozen check points to screen traffic entering the area. About 100 persons showed up during the afternoon.
