Brother quizzed in slaying of sister

Galion, Ohio......Frederick Spears, 17, (left) was held for questioning by the police today in connection with the strangulation death of his sister, Patricia (right) whose nude body was found in a thicket near Galion on New Year's day. Under arrest, Frederick had spent a year in a Michigan correction school on an arson charge and released last July.
