Time hasn't changed things for some parts of the brewing process In this vaulted room and in the shining kettles, Original Pabst Blue Ribbon beer is still brewed in much the same way as it was when it won the Blue Ribbon at the Columbian Exposition in 1893. Pabst has been brewing beer in Milwaukee since 1844 - one of the first of the great Milwaukee brewers.
