Barbara Elaine Peterson, 22, of Edina, Minn., the new Miss U.S.A., had breakfast in bed at her Niagara Falls hotel room Sunday. Miss Minnesota, she won the title Saturday night in competition against 50 other young women during a nationally televised two-hour show here.
