Boy kills his father with baseball bat

John Dominiak, (left) fourteen-year-old boy accused of killing his father with a baseball bat in their Philadelphia, Pa., home, is escorted by Sargeant Edmond O'Neill to the police station. The 14-year-old boy, trying to protect his mother during a family quarrel, struck and killed his father with a baseball bat. Investigators said the father, Michael, 42, had been trying to beat his wife, Stella, 41, with the boy present.
