The Rooters in special section behind home plate during the last game of the 1903 World Series between the Boston Americans and the Pittsburgh Pirates. In appreciation for their efforts rooting for the Americans in Pittsburgh, Boston management rewarded the rooters with seats on the field. Taken on October 13, 1903. John F.
