Boston Iceberg, caused by the dumping of snow removed from city streets, become formidable problem for firefighters and Coast Guardsmen yesterday in the Fort Point Channel. The dumped snow congealed into icy mass endangering pilings and the passage of fire boats up the channel. Stream of water from fire department fire truck on Dorchester avenue is trying to break free.
